I have also my self but those aren't working so well with me, a neurologist and a pathologist told me the same that it's better pills for seven days the most and with the help of resting and wrist braces will heal fast! But i don't know if you remeber that 2 years ago here in the ASF and it was an LPW again that i told you people that i had terrible pain at my tendonitis wrists...

With only pill and stopped doing so many photoshoping and other staff have some rest an my tendonitis healed.



well using so many hours the mouse and the pen for rendering and other works that's the price i should pay. it was the same 2 yrs before.

Tendons take a very long time to heal -- on the order of several months. I think a physiotherapist told me that it can easily be over 100 days for them to make significant progress. When I first had trouble maybe 9 years ago now, I had to take a long break from some things I had been doing every day (like playing Go online etc.).

Hmm... Well, this is true, even if Japan to the most expensive countries counts... Hmm, then you'll the rest of the university-time completely in Canada finish, right?

Same story here, don't you remember that i took a 8-9 months a break from ASF i couldn't even type let alone to render, so i wasn't active here.
it was so painful those months to get heal i was only taking pills for only 7 days per month because those pills were so strong that could damage my liver...
