i did that in the past with no so much luck. Afterwards i used a special cream for muscles like Mesulid Cream topical for muscles and at an extreme pain i took for maximum 7 days per month the Mesulid Pills. The pills if you use them for more than 7 days you might end up having liver problems...

i have a nice soft pillow and i rest my arm and i am massaging it multiple times and i do the exercises that is been explain at the video.
