I don't know if it will help you, but it helps me quite a bit.
I have a serious sleep problem, can't fall asleep at night. After talking to my doctor, I began taking 10mg Melatonin (a dietary supplement) before bed. Within an hour, I fall asleep. Made a big difference for me.
Might be worth giving it a try. Melatonin is an over-the-counter supplement found in any pharmacy.
