I'll have to disagree there man. In some cases the worker starts out loving his/her job, but then the company/workplace changes policies, reduces pay, increases hours, etc. So now the worker hates the job but can't change to due to real life issues. You know, bills to pay, people to feed (if married) car to drive, etc.
Some people have no choice where they want to work. Their government or educational scores decide where they work.
Lol. I do not get why people hate their jobs. They get a choice if they want to work there or not.
