I had given up a religion once before I became a Christian. =X

I was at a point of giving up too after reading something and having questions~ It was an interesting experience.
I can tell you that not all christians think/act/believe the same way, which is fine when you come to some understandings.
my church is nondenominational, and I like how they don't ignore what's going on in the world too. We used to go "church shopping" a long time ago before we found this one~ it makes me sad to hear how some people would leave because of how they were treated at another place :f I wouldn't blame them either x_X it makes me wonder where the line is as far as faith and love goes :f

very true, I think that there are some questions that can't or shouldn't be answered since we are supposed to be living by faith~
I think the people that kept me believing are Rob Bell and Kent Hovind. They presented some amazing stuff that I wouldn't even be able to believed happened by chance or accident. It's kinda unfair how they've promoted a one-sided version of "science" while avoiding the holes in how they think~

Have you ever heard of edward bernays? To sum the video, he greatly changed how things are done by manipulating people's emotions. It's used mainly in marketing today~ It was something showed in my psychology class :p
