it's neither really, more complicated :f
It's like, if I do eat one, I'm more likely to eat another soon x_x If I don't have enough healthy stuff in one day, I can't spoil myself :f
sometimes I'll eat very little and not be hungry for a long time. Sometimes I can eat alot, and be hungry two hours later :f
It all depends on what it is. But anyway.. since I had a drink today with lots of sugar, I don't need more X_X
Eating junk makes a person feel fat before and after they have it :f
