saiyng hi~
/me doesn't feel missed..
Chocolate can actually be good for you in many ways~ mostly if it's bitter and unheated. (dark chocolate is best)
ummm might've mentioned before~ girls store twice as much body fat than men. I think it had to do with estrogen and all~
worrying about weight is a big deal to lots of girls, and can lead to them being insecure about self-worth. x-x When they compare themselves to a standard (ex: a slimmer girl that gets more attention.) they'll start becoming unhappy with theirselves.
Even though I'm told often that I'm not fat, and I know I'm thin, I can still be worried about gaining weight. Soo let's say I'm one of those slim girls, i might then start obsessing about keeping my weight small. (ex: eating less, dieting, working out, etc?)
That's mostly how I feel tho~ if I were able to feel healthy, i wouldn't worry. Keep in mind that not feeling healthy is important, since the person probably knows something you don't~ (like not eating balanced meals, having time to exercise, etc~)
I think that one of the biggest things is being around people that affirm you~ just having people talking to me makes me not worry :P It's not that they constantly compliment me or anything, it's like my real goal has been achieved: to have someone with me~ Soo guys, you can make a girl's day just by being nice to them, or throwing a sincere compliment :P
I could make a topic about this sometime~ it was emphasized with media, peers and identity in my psy classes.
