Secondly, about your order, under normal conditions, after they have confirmed that your order is ready, you would have to go through a few pages where you check yourself out and pay for the price of the item(s) you are buying and for shipping (usually EMS). After you have paid (generally though PayPal, they'll notify you the next day about everything else related to the item, which at least includes a tracking number and the order number.

Now, this is where your order might fall under since it doesn't seem to follow the normal procedures:
Like the norm, they will say you have under 'said amount of' days in which they need to receive a payment. If they were not able to take a payment through PayPal, they would inform you, and give you an e-mail address for you to directly pay them to through PayPal and tell you to include the Order number along with it. Just make sure if they have included the order number in the letter as well otherwise, this just seems dodgy to me. Just remember that paying through this method almost ensures that you will have to pay for custom charges unfortunately, and it's not cheap too. Just hope that you don't get TNT as your courier as they deliver your item to you, then a few weeks later will send you a notice for custom charges which I thought to be quite annoying as I was unable to contact them for almost a week.
