i tried, but this is actually the most exp. they get. my pokemon are earning over 2,000 exp, and getting split in half, they level up faster. i went with vaporeon to fight in victory road, only got 500 exp.

Why not just beat the E4 over and over and over instead of losing in every fight? With a lvl 69 Flareon you should be able to get pretty far, especially with a combination of your Vaporeon and Jolteon.

I love Fire type and Bug type moves the most. My favorite pokemons can be alot of different types though. For example: Cubone (Ground), Crobat (Poison/Flying), Slowpoke (Water/Psychic), Mawile (Steel), Perry the Heracross (Bug), Itomi the Ampharos (Electric)... and so on.

Hmm... well the money you make will even out at some point... xD How much did you lose every time?

i don't know how much i lose, but i remember that i get around 12,000 for the 2 people, and when i lost to the 3rd, i gained about 4,000 by the end of the run

I'm gonna finish my food and then I'll check my 4 Honey trees to see if I can find a Perry. I'm going to try your way of resetting the game.

Perry....?
Lol make sure you don't forget to save before fighting that pokemon/trainer

Yeah, Perry the Heracross. Perry got a 1% chance to be attracted to a tree that I've put Honey on :/ Thanks for the advice, I won't forget to save xD

Oh heracross, that beetle..

You really should, you don't want to lose 2 hours of gameplay like me >_>

Well, I'm the kind of person who saves too much xD I can save the game in case I lose or something and then if there's a tree that I can use Cut on is in my way then I'll Cut that tree and save again after I Cut it :/

Hinode ; you've changed so much :O
New pic, new title!!
TOO MUCH NEW!!!

yeah it shouldn't be too hard. especially for you, since you're emulating. saving and loading takes absolutely no time to do

Yeah, isn't Peppermint the Mage cute? :/ You're still the mad Sinny? :/

You do know that I ain't using save states and saves normally in the game, right? I believe it takes longer for me to save than what it does for you since my emulator slows down whenever I save the game.

really? that is impressive. i can never resist using save states when playing an emulator

I only use save states when I play pokemon on a GBA emulator. It isn't to be able to load whenever I want to. It's mainly so I can have more saves in one cartridge...
Having alot of saves with different party members is rather fun.

well in a way, reloading to get a new pokemon is cheating, so save states for that wouldn't be so bad. and i'd feel bad if you used up a lot of time, and i'm wrong lol

I've finished pokemon Red, Crystal and Sapphire around 10 times each. I deserve to cheat if I want to and I like to see which changes you can do with cheats. But I haven't played the DS games as much and I got no interest in cheating in those. I believe in what my father told me. "You deserve the right to cheat after you've finished the game at least once" :runhappy:

didn't you say you've already beaten platinum though? if that's the case you should go ahead and cheat. why not right?

I could if I wanted to. But I've only beaten it once compared with the other games that I own on my GBA which I've beaten at least 10 times each...

yeeah.... 10 times is nothing compared to how many times i played pokemon yellow. i reset that game so many times i lost count

i was a dumb kid. i trained my pikachu to lvl 20 just to fight brock, instead of training a different pokemon lol
