The first two sound pretty easy, actually. Shouldn't you be able to do the sketches in a day if you focus? How detailed do they really need to be? Generally I would expect a sketch to take 5-10 minutes maybe.

The final project sounds like the only tough contender for the time-restraint. I think you will be fine if you pace yourself and figure out where to put your time in. You can do it, Sam!
