Well for komaeda, He will have good luck & bad luck.

The amount of bad luck he receives will be in the same amount of the good luck that he received earlier (or how much "good" things it brings to him) (if he gets good luck first)

The amount of good luck he receives will be in the same amount of the bad luck that he received earlier (or how much "bad" things it brings to him) (if he gets bad luck first)

so if for eg he lost his parents, he would then be given the entire family's savings making him rich which is the good luck
