The net two days I'm penned in for 7am - 3pm. If there is a lot to do I often stay until around 4pm though.

Hmm I don't really know what level. I'm not a super great chef or anything, but I'm pretty good at all the prep work and stuff.

Basically I get everything in the kitchen ready for the day, and then prep everything we need/open the place up etc. I don't do the orders myself, unless something goes wrong and someone is late or something.
