Oh, you said it like it was a strange additional fact, so I thought that perhaps you meant it was taught in Russian (or using Russian materials or something), and you were not completely comfortable with the language. If Russian is your main language, obviously that would not be the case (just not sure why you mentioned it, then). Nice redundancy, btw.

Additionally back to the "using Russian materials" guess was what caused me to think that maybe you could understand enough of the materials for it to be usable if it was mostly numbers/proofs/etc. Once again if Russian is your main language, that is not the case.

I mean that I am starting the class on Friday and have no idea what to expect. I was wondering what your class was like, since there is a good chance they will be pretty similar. You mentioned probability, but that encompasses a large spectrum from simple math problems to challenging theory. The comment on Bayes Theorem was mostly a joke, but I seriously wouldn't mind if they brought it up in class. :P

Yeah i just bought one char, couldn't care less about the rest but for you sova you may want to buy the story mode at least.

Its the same story as in the original game, so for me it will be pointless.

Probability stuff can get pretty confusing, depending on how you use it. But even if you don't know the terms for things such that I would understand them, what kind of problems did you solve, or what did you learn?

Like obviously you can do the basic statistics-type stuff with fractions and things, but I'm guessing they applied it more to computer programming (hopefully anyways)?
