I think shintakane is written by "新高値" in Japanese."新" means "New",it is not weird.But "高値" means "expensive".I think that souds good,but what it means is not cool.

Rutubo　means a melting pot.That academy has many individualistic students.
Rutubo is written by "るつぼ" or "坩堝".
