I would like to start on my homework tomorrow but I'm working, and normally I'm kind of pooped after work (last time it was almost 10 hours - now that I'm working only one day a week I'm not there to plan ahead for everyone else ;_;). I'll probably just come home and catch up on Shingeki :D. Sunday though I should probably start doing some reading and testing on things, or I could get killed in the first lab on Wednesday.

She does seem quite revered in the yandere field.

Sam your school sounds awful. For me there is nothing so huge and drastic, just a lot of new tools I need to get used to using as fast as possible. That and some reading to keep on top of, but I don't think the reading will be too bad, as the subject matter isn't too hard so I'm guessing I should be able to read it pretty fast.

Lol I always think Yandere would be an interesting chess match. I would probably end up dead XD

[MENTION=40801]infamous[/MENTION]; no, I meant a chess match as in I would, assuming she is some kind of powerhouse like Yuno, try to control her emotions to my benefit by toying with her. I think I'm reasonably good at playing games. Of course this would only be interesting in some kind of situation like Mirai Nikki where making clever plots to find and off opponents is key.

Just to make sure I have this straight, you have three, six credit hour courses, and one three hour course, but the joke is they are put all the hours into one semester? Yeah that sounds rough. Apparently I missed it by one year when they changed the system, but in my fine arts courses they used to have one that was 9 hours a week XD

Well in the MG there probably is, but in mirai nikki it was all about the killing ;)

Uhh weird that they don't give credits to match the hours. I guess maybe the U.S. does it differently than we do? Unless they end early or something. Are you on a quarterly or semester system?
Maybe they plan to make you kill to get your degree

Just weird. Where I am I took some 6 hour a week art courses, but then they gave me 6 credit hours for the course, even though normally 6 credit hours is spread over two semesters @ 3 hours a week. Especially 5 credit hours just seems random XD

Well thyre not counting by hours as far as i know? but the smaller credits are actually better since theres a crapload of politics at school like how a major cant have more than x units anymore... =w= or we cant get more than 16 units... so if it was 6 credits then we just lost half our classes and would take double the time to get through the half the classes..

Oh I see. Here they are literally called "credit hours" so they are directly proportional to time spent in class.
Well I actually have way too many hours for my major already, but that just means they don't use them all. Apparently they can just select your "best" credit hours, which sounds fine by me. Straight A's here I come!

Hmm anyone know what the difference between directx 9 and 11 is? :/

Well 11 will be updated and in theory should run better, and probably have some newer algorithms and more support for different graphics cards and the like would be my guess. If you don't have a specific reason to use 9, just take 11.
