It is a punch to the thigh, you aim for the nerves to trigger something kind of like the 'funny bone' effect, if you know what that is (hitting the nerve cluster in your elbow).

How did that happen? Cramps? For a while I was having a lot of trouble with cramps, but it seems to be better now. :)

When you wake up in the middle of the night and your whole leg goes totally solid and painful... that is unpleasant.
