Well being able to embed content might be nice. Or one that I miss is not being able to include your own gifs/images and use them as shortcuts. Even crappy old MSN could do that!

On android (unless they fixed it up by now) their notifications sucked.

Skype also doesn't sync between devices, which makes it a lot more annoying to use if you are switching devices often.
