Also, it seems that I've developed the ability to almost always wake up around 9AM now.
Not exactly Nanashi. It means I'm losing sleep hours since I fall asleep around 3-4AM so it isn't a good thing. Or at least, I don't think it is.
I wouldn't call it a problem per se since it means that I'm able to wake up on time. But it would also mean that I'd have to sleep earlier if I want to sleep longer
