I am looking at the PS3, but my worry is that since the PS4 is out new games would use that console instead
Then again by the time there is a good enough number of games on the PS4 that interest me I might be able to buy one

It's a pain to get through customs here... I've never actually done it before but apparently you need to hand over your VCDs (like anyone uses that anymore)/DVDs/BDs to the authorities to check that a) it's not pirated b) it contains socially acceptable content (not porn or anything) and moreover you need to pay them to do so

My country have been not really strict with airport regulation (but they still sniffing for money)
Because in the past, they really like a rat sniffing around too much interrogating this old man who just came back from medical visit to singapore

American and Japanese have the same Shin Megami Tenseis, Japanese have more games. Americans don't really make many games for 3DS.

1st: It's depend, if the game by regional-codes limited is - Because some games have a regional code, where then not sure is that you the game play can.
