well there's even a difference between U.S. chili, and New Mexico chili, even though NM is in the U.S. lol the level of intensity from the chili is a huge difference

common misconception. chili isn't usually a food, but usually a powder, or a liquid. if i were to say that picture was chili, it'd be too limiting lol. we use chili with pretty much everything.
