Really today they are so quickly full I always need to delete old stuff ☻

Because e.g. the anime-videos will getting bigger and bigger (the file-size meant) - Before 5-6 years was anime-episodes (at the old AVI-video formats) so 160~200 MB big, but nowadays are by the MKV-formats they not rarely so 300 to 600 MB big. - That is really a difference...>_>

I don't like deleting things...

Before i delete i was always Burn the animes to DVD so in 5 years i burned almost 1000 of them (this was 10 years ago when dvd cheaper than hdd) and at that time there was not HD yet

Well isn't that because the resolution of the videos went up? I think it's a pretty good compromise.

Yes burning was slow like 15-20min per DVD and you couldn't use PC When DVD was burning because otherwise there could be error while burning so I usually always taken bath or something while DVD's were burning

Not really, if there was a battle or something in the episode that has a larger file size

No i used it to watching at that time I have 80 Gb HDD so i need it too burn on DVD because I didn't keep up watching them (hdd was quickly full) and some of them i watched over and over

Actually this is exactly what causes it (assuming they don't keep changing their output settings for episodes, which would be odd). You may want to look up some of the basics of video encoding/transcoding, if you want to learn more about why.
