Well, there're sure some reasons, why the cheese on a place of pizza melted is, where on the other not: Maybe was the oven not rightly set, or the oven had/has a bad heat conduction (where one side of oven a bit hotter is than the other), or the pizza was not too long in the oven and etc...~>
