um it wasn't too bad, we walked along a beach, hard on the legs, up a hill which i was struggling to breath cause of the strong wind and change in altitude, climbing a few cliffs and back along the beach, so done quite a lot today =D but im in the gym tomorrow so im resting in bed XD
