I would only willingly break into a sweat for two reasons:
1) Something spicy!
2) A problem I can't solve, like Math or Sudoku or something

Throwing me into a swimming pool would be akin to throwing me into lava and asking me to run is as good as asking me to go kill myself :/
But I'm like cycling and badminton :)

And I have sweaty palms which isn't really good either
