But they don't occur that often (thank god)

Problem is my laptop is only one year old

Graphics driver makes the other two work properly. A driver is a little bit of software that lets the different parts of the computer communicate and tell each other their specifications and how they do stuff, and what they're doing and what they need to do.

Processor is like the brains of the thing, it's the master and overlord of the computer, it does all the maths and tells what parts of the computer to which things. The processor controls all the software and hardware.

An OS isn't exactly a driver, it's a software system that brings all the parts of the computer to make them work together, sometimes with the aid of drivers.
