Generally yes. Give them the choice between a penectomy (cut the penis completely) or death sentence. So they won't do that again. But when they killed somebody, they should be killed too. Like the bible said, an eye for an eye.

Hmm... i dont really care for the death penalty really... situational i guess but... not particularly... mehs :/ Death isnt reversible unlike prison... Strict penalties would be nice... especially for those that have multiple offenses..

nice thoughts. You're right with the bible (forgive and so on) but this works for people who are believing into peace and god. You know what I mean? This is not offence to any spiritual people but let's be serious. Priests rape little boys in the churches, the pope got everything in gold while spiritual people all over the world have to hunger and will die because of diseases...
