None really, I am just enjoying the day so far, it's a celebration day and I'm having waffles...plus I started the day with a homemade milkless banana chocolate milkshake.

heh We actually have a national Waffle DAY. But that was earlier in spring.

I don't think waffles are mandatory on this exact day in any official conventional sense, but many many people like to have waffles today, it's just one of those things thats associated with a day of national celebration like this.
