Although I kinda think now... Whether to make it so only few civilians with potential become a jinrou, or to add an ability to jinrou that makes them inactive for a whole round but allows to make even a simple civilian into a jinrou...

Jinrous don't die when they become shiki; so it would be easy to do that. No civilian would even know he or she had turned.

But what side would he or she play for...

Yes, that is the main thing. ;p Jinrous can decide which side to choose. So if I give an ability to make any civilian into jinrous, mafia might decide to make all of their ranks into jinrous so as not to get suspicious but face the chance of jinrou allying with civilian side ;p
