i haven't tried it yet. i just use content manager right?

Yes. Just connect Vita to PC and use Content Manager, it should install Content Manager Assistant on your PC, then you show in it's settings for video a path to the folder where anime is, and wait for it to create a database, then simply go to Videos on Vita and copy the needed episodes.
