I don't think you understand how slow your process would be.
Not to say my medical knowledge is the greatest.
But the person would slowly become pale, and it would take sometime before they coded.
So overall your idea would be no fun according to your standards.

『Hmmm... I'm not very proficient in medicine (or more like not proficient at all...), but here is the way I understand it:
1.I take 2 random humans with opposing blood types.
2.I tie them to the special chairs (that are placed on opposite sides of the room) so they can only move their head.
3.I take a syringe (maybe 2 or more), the bigger the better.
4.I randomly stab 1st human with a syringe and fill it with blood.
5.I carefully aim and stab 2nd human's blood vessel and let the blood out.
6.I randomly stab 2nd human with syringe in some place other than where I let the 1st's blood out and fill it with 2nd's blood.
7.I carefully aim and stab 1st human's blood vessel and let the blood out.
8.I repeat steps 4-8 until effects start showing...』
