My Elemental Master needed 40 Spirits of Devildom from Glitter Necromancers. I think they got the same drop rate as the ones you need. I could get a maximum of 5 drops per run and that happened 1 time out of all the runs. I mostly got 1-3 drops per run and 2 times I got no drop at all.
