Ah, so Madd is perhaps the only one here that knows my pain for cold Winters. How many people here even know what "windchill" is?
There are days here when with windchill we can get close to -50. This last winter we had several weeks where we were around -40 the whole time. And yes, I also had to walk through that at 7 in the morning to catch the bus downtown if I wanted to get to school.

Well, around here, you can look at the temperatures as see that it is around -16, so it looks like a pretty nice day (though you might just have to trust me on that one :)), but then you scroll down and notice that the wind is very strong, so with windchill it is -38 or something.

I love wind, but it also knows how to be my mortal enemy.

I'm not in the U.S. (Canada) so Celsius it is. :)

And getting to -50 is pretty abnormal, but I seem to recall a few days of -48 this last winter.
