i dont get it. i didn't install the game, after i extracted it form the .rar file, i just played it without installing

This is most likely save fault. Try to begin new game or load from different save. Since I played that scene without bugs too (using window 7 as well).

If that doesnt work, Try this scripts with all latest updates then -- extract to koihime directory with overwrite:

and try to load save before that scene and not during it.

Sigh... I was actually considering that, but I questioned why a scene with Enshou would be in the HAREM end... w.e., thank you AC.

EDIT: LOLOLOL, I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING.

I was listening to the sad music, sitting comfortably, drinking some water, as I awaited the (last) end of the game. And then:

"I think I'm forgetting somebody..."
"What? What is this quake?"

SPLASH! I just choked on my water. That was hilarious, awesome, and a mood killer at the same time.
Then.. I looked at Enshou's bit, and true to her character, her being in the ending made it pretty funny. Hilariously enough, I was finishing off that water when she interrupted the reunion... Along with Ei, and of course, Ren's reaction to world-change... really just having constant interruptions made the ending feel like 'normal (as in; playing the game), and it was a really nice ending, fairly fulfilling.

On that note though... who's that next to Kousonsan in the last pic?

Ok, answering my own question; it's Kayuu, because Chouun is next to Chouryou in the last pic. Still; having finished this game, my life is now incredibly fulfilled. At least, until we get news of Shin Koihime Musou; especially ~Moeshouden~, that might actually be closure. Still, it was a good game; casual, fun, amusing, definitely worth my time.

Hmm... I didn't have any problem and my game have yet to crash. I do use the 2.0r1 patch and on vista too.
Did you play it from an old save? Can help you much without much detail.

The crash problems can be solve by some methods:
1.Start a new game and play from the beginning.
2.Try save the game to a different file (like save 1 scene in many save files).
3.Use ver1.2b patch.Some scenes are no voice (only lost some lines though) ,but I never crash.

but i know the reason now
because I was going on sei ‘s route
the game will crash after you run her third to last scene (the scene where she found out you and rinirn and sui stole her menma)
just ignore her route before that point and proceed to the end, after finish the end, then load back to the beginning of the last 4 home base scenes and complete her route (dont save or right click or scroll) press control instead of press skip, process till the end, then close the game.
if you dont do that, even if you finish the game and you save on new game, the game will crash and when you open a new one, it still on the status of not finish her route
note that you will get her last cg on her final scene

However i have not started yet, so i have zero ideas what will go wrong in the game. Anyone care to give a detailed list of possible errors? Everyone could look out for it then.

I do not know if its true since like I said, I didn't encounter any problem at all since I started playing that game.

If your talking about those home base phases where u choose who to interact with I have saved at number of them just because i like watching everyones scenes :o and I have not had any crashes yet, I havnt tried it on every home base yet though so if its true it may just be limited to certain ones.

is there any significant difference between the 2.0rc1 and 2.0rc2 voice patches, like stability or something?

Add voice in some lines that without voice in ver2.0rc1 ,prevent the game from crash.
