It's an addition to the game, but, in order to enable it, a serial (as well as the email address used to register the game) is needed to be entered to the activator.

Just to leave a note that, like other games from WillPlus, this game also has DLCs (other than the one included in the 798457 (digital content DVD, sold separately) quoted above), available for download by entering a serial code here: http://pulltop-latte.jp/PL02/sp/index.html

Front page mentions that it's available until 30 April, but they haven't mentioned about what time it lasts until (don't expect it will last until the end of the last day though).

And it's more difficult to guess the path of the DLCs setup file(s) for this game than previous WillPlus titles, as it's the first game for PULLTOP LATTE to use pulltop-latte.jp as the domain name of the official site (the previous title uses pulltop.com), and, unlike other recent WillPlus titles, the trial versions of this game are available for download only through third-party mirrors. So, apart from the setup file name itself, the path the file is located at is also unknown.

Update: The digital content DVD (Sweetest Summer) was shared before the main game disc/DLCs:

I found one from Rapidgator, but can be fake, only need premium account to acess the game.

anyway if is the real one, you can be sure that it will be redistributed and torrented shortly, so it's just a matter of waiting same time.....
