It's difficult. After all, neither the character nor the creator has popular MMD works. Many MMD creations are based on the character's popularity or trendiness. Of course, there are also creators who focus on making content for a specific character simply because they like them, such as Aquinas' works or (DDD)'s Kurumi (lol). As for the character you mentioned, I only saw a little bit of content a long time ago, but they haven't appeared since.

Nowadays, most of the featured characters come from mobile games like Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, Star Rail, ZZZ, etc. Next in line are virtual idol characters. Lastly, there are creators who are passionate about specific characters from certain works. Unless you pay someone to make content, it's unlikely that this character will appear in future works. After all, if something isn't popular, it won't generate viewership, making it difficult for creators to justify investing effort into it.
