Why should I be thanking the site run by admins who clearly don't give a shit about it? You can keep defending their laziness while they go months without doing anything just to be up for a week. I am thankful to the people who post here ofc.

The admins/devs too are ppl that have a real job, they keep the site running while sacrificing their valuable time. Running the kemono is also way harder than you seem to think it is. Targeted sites also actively try to disable import mechanisms.

Also, it doesn't help if ppl that don't understand anything keep pestering them.
While we are at it, we aren't entitled to anything, be happy and grateful that kemono even exists and for the efforts the admins have put in there to get it running as well as it does this year. Even if they take a few steps back and put way less effort in there, I doubt the little donations/ads revenue they get measures up to what they do (+ server costs). Maybe it's hypocrisy considering we aren't doing more to support the authors (surely own circumstances involved), but most ppl here surely directly or indirectly profited a lot from kemono already and turning a blind eye to their efforts during the times they struggle is just disingenous.
