What do people mean by that? For me it always been accessible but only patreon gumroad and discord gets updates rn, pixiv stopped around 6th month, and the rest did not received updates even longer.

patreon importer was broken since september so there were no updates for patreon for a bit more than two months, gumroad importer broke after a week after patreon's broke.
A couple-ish of weeks ago importers were fixed and then a week ago patreon importer stopped working again, today it was fixed.
That comment is never related to page functionality except for that time the server crashed the past year
