Coconut juice or coconut water is the liquid inside a coconut. Coconut milk is produced by steeping grated coconut in hot water then straining.

Both good.....

Too much coconut meat gives me headaches due to the high oil content.

I do prefer pumpkin pie than other flavors of pie. The soft pumpkin filling combined with the moist crust is just too delicious. This is why my family buys 2 on Thanksgiving, one pie for me and the other one is for the rest of my family.
