Need help getting several games to work

Hey all, I've downloaded these two eroge

and I can't get either of them to work. I'm not sure what the problem is with them, either. Can anyone give me some help figuring it out?

For Monster Park, I followed the instructions on the thread linked above and I always get the "this game is japan only" message. I've tried installing it with my local set to Japanese, installing it from the iso, running it with LocalEmulator, etc etc etc... Nothing. I'm fairly certain that I'm not applying the patch right, but I've honestly no idea.

For Ma o Jutaiseshi Otome no Kuetsu 2, I've installed it several times (same ways) and every time I try to run the game, it just starts the process and does nothing. It also has a patch, which I don't think I'm applying correctly, but I honestly have no idea.

I've also tried using AlphaRom crack on both, at various points, it hasn't worked. Anyone got any knowledge on this? I've played Monster Park 2, and Ma o Jutaiseshi Otome, and I want to play these too.

Just in case English <-> 英語 if you set Japan Locale and want Return English back, choice 英語 ReBoot anf all English Again.

Thank you. Do I still need to keep the games that I downloaded before, or should I delete them and just use these? And are there any specific steps I need to take with these downloads?

How do I apply the patch for 魔ヲ受胎セシ処女（おとめ）ノ苦悦2? I put the file called "majutai2c.exe" in the game folder and ran it, and it did something but the game still does not function. Tried reinstalling as well.

Iirc this game https://vndb.org/v4057 (or the crack) doesn't work if you have windows >=8. Maybe you can get an already cracked .exe file and test it in your pc

In case anyone else will find this helpful, I was able to get this running on windows 10 after getting the patch from "http://www.ail-soft.com/sup_win.htm" (the one called majutai2patch.zip), replacing the exe in the game folder, and then using alpharom on the exe.
