Need help with blackish house side a

Can someone plssssss help me . I did download the game blackish house side a on this side.
I am not a beginner or anything when it comes to techincal problems.
I even did study computer science for 1 year.
The game starts super but i also have problems with the text display but it doesn´t bother me much. My problem is that in the beginning of the game the game freezes completely and shuts down after an error message occurs.
this is the message that shows up before the game completely freezes.
The problem is my japanese is not so good and i don´t understand this error message can maybe someone translate this to me or give me an advice what i must do.
I did play blackish house side z without problems but this game causes me problems.
I have a computer with windows 8.1.
My processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU 2.50GHz
My Systemtype: 64 bit

The Message says that there are files which are not found.
Try setting your clock and regio to japanese.

Have you set your system locale to japanese? Try that and if it does not work use ntleas to run the game https://ntlea.codeplex.com/
