If you only have the two keys look around a bit more, you should find a key for the bathroom and another for the closet by the stairs. There are 4 keys I've found so far, an "A", a "B", the bathroom, and the closet. There's a safe in the kitchen by the fridge directly under the phone which you get the code to by clicking on one of the glasses on the counter. There's another safe in the hall leading to the bathroom behind the solar system painting.

I would recommend checking behind plants and turning off lights then going into esc menu by right clicking and picking the top option to hide text, some items will have a "sparkle" in the dark, just remember the location since you'll either be kicked out of the room if the lights are off or they'll turn back on if it's in a room such as the kitchen.

Also as a note about the solar system painting safe, it may seem difficult if you're not sure about what to do. The easiest way is to look at the order of planets given when you look at the painting, type in any random code, and then pick the first option to try again. Your character will say he remembers the man saying a certain order, which is only 4 planets long. This will pretty much be all you need to know to get the code.
