^ That's basically a long standing nyaa mirror from China. It's been indexing every nyaa torrent magnet for years. It should have 99% of the old stuff on nyaa. Not sure if it indexes what sites are being used as an alternative. The only sucky thing about it, is no way to sort things(like show only Games, only anime, only hentai, etc).

Searching for Honey Select for instance, gave me the exact same results as nyaa(based on having just done this a week ago). It even has Nyaa's image preview feature.

We've had a lot of people sharing for games and anime alternatives so far, but any other large sources for lossless music? Nyaa was very good on that area.

SA countries tends to have erm... Law against erotic content? "Regular" anime with boobs bouncing certainly is already no-go.
SEA countries tends to be more copyright protected just like USA or Japan.

I know India should have no trouble with copyright but that erotic content thing, I am not toosure of...how do Indians watch all those hard core stuff on Netflix then?


SEA it depends...for sure don't touch Singapore or M'sia but what about Vietnam or Philipines? And also there's Taiwan and HK. Although AFAIK most East Asian fans in HK/Taiwan use streaming more than DLs

Depend really, some country aren't really part of the protected law, China for example, they do have activity against Piracy, but is a lot less more extreme compare to the West.

China has their own Internet though so I don't think you can really host a tracker meant for global use there. Don't they generally spread their stuff through private forums on Tieba anyway?

There are actually many type of different forum in China, Baidu is just the more famous one, the point is, while the activity against piracy does exist, China is a lot more lenient on their enforcements. Unless extreme loss occurred, I don't see Chinese taking action against piracy, some people see that as a form of marketing. There is a problem of censoring in china back in the day though, don't know about now. The whole China have their own internet thing is just the censoring problem, as a torrent site it won't have as much problem. I mean, I have a QQ account and using Tieba all the time for download early raw.

I use https://nyaa.pantsu.cat/ and https://sukebei.pantsu.cat/ as its the closest thing to the real thing. Decided to make an account just to share it with everyone.

Seeing things as recent as May 1st, so maybe it will be something worth while.

Yeah, some folks put together the Pantsu sites with as close a database as they could get. However, I'd keep my Adblocker up on that site at max. Just because you never know what kind of trolling some people would do, lol.

If you were seeding a torrent with nyaa's tracker:

For example tracker Anidex but you can use any you want

Step 1.
Edit tracker list
Change http://open.nyaatorrents.info:6544/announce to http://anidex.moe:6969/announce

Step 2
Update Trackers in torrent client
And if you see near http://anidex.moe:6969/announce - unregistered torrent
Then
Click on torrent in your list and "Save torrent as..." (I use bitcomet)
For different clients must be similar option

Step 3
Upload new torrent file on Anidex

Yeah. same lol. I'm always having my adblocker up, unless I'm forced otherwise. I don't download anime as often as I used to though, I just watch it on 9anime these days.

Would say RuTracker, if you want torrents. The site is Russian only though. But the biggest content of rarities you will ever find. They have many anime soundtracks lossless too.
There is also NewTeam or NNM club which are both Russian aswell and sometimes have some other stuff. But mostly RuTracker has everything that is there too.

And for normal downloads, Ffshrine. The registration process was or still is broken though which makes setting up a new account kind of a hassle but once you got it you have access to the biggest soundtrack collection online. Don't be wondered that it says Final Fantasy Shrine Forum. Its not only about that, not anymore.

Good Chinese sourced trackers are mostly private one, The BTkitty, from what I read, seem to be regarded as some of the "old" trackers, that's it about them. I don't see much people talking about this so I'm not sure.

I downloaded a few torrents from btkitty and it's definitely not going to be my first stop for torrents.. Of the three I downloaded, 1 finished, 1 stalled at 99.9% and the third is still downloading.. Slowly. They were also filled with tons of useless or downright malicious html files (I told uTorrent not to even bother downloading them). BtKitty said all three of these torrents were "very popular" with a bunch of seeders. And the ads! The page is filled with ads, even with my adblocker running. So, the trackers aren't really accurate, but the downloads do work. If any of you use it, be careful. Don't download any useless filler files and don't click on any ads!

This site is going into my "use until a replacement is found" list.

About javtorrents... my only sauces are either javlibrary (luckily if there are any torrents) if not, then I'll purchase a premium rapidgator account, or simply javtorrents. But nyaa.... I had good memories with it, and not just porn. Some music too.

If you guys want a good music tracker, Rutracker is my bet or Hikari no Akari, lots of anime ost there. But man, I hope the community comes with a solution quick...

it's a pity about nyaa :( at least 4chan's alternative seems to be working well. I only wished I downloaded what I wanted b4 it died but oh well...now the torrents I have are all stuck xD

I saw several sites that were published and this site and anirena.com are probably the best replacement until moment.

Tokyotosho could have been a good replacement but for lack of tracker loses casual uploaders then which reduces the content.

I think anidex will be chosen because it is more similar to nyaa

Panstsu sucks. They just imported old sqlite db with nyaa hashes. No descriptions, no file names, no torrents, no tracker. Nothing. You can dl that db to your pc and browse it with any sqlite manager: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmV4fZtwwi2ghBsvsUF-ocZkb2ao

Anidex looks good. But it does not work with javashitscript disabled. Any js-based site is potentially insecure (can fingerprint/track you based on your cpu speed/screen resolution/various extensions/etc) if you are using tor/proxy/others anonymizers.
