I've played a fair number of R18 otome games including Koezaru wa Akai Hana, and to be honest I can't remember any of the main characters being as "sweet and loving" as Nalan. Maybe that's why Nalan was the secondary and not the main characters. The two which made me cry the most were:

Both games are older, so the art won't be like Koezaru wa Akai Hana. Give them a try.

Going to try out Yume no mou ichido! And thanks! Just played Luji's route, and thank god there's at least more than 1 "nice" guy, phew. Going to finish the koezaru series first before that, (besides sefu, since.. not into erojiji, < perverted old geezer =.=) anyways, ty again.

Sure no problem. Also, Yume no mou ichido is a very long game, so take your time. The walk-thru I used was by Peche.

I wasn't really into Sefu either, but luckily his story wasn't too long.

I always go to the healing-type/onii-chan type guys XD my preference is the same, both in real life and 2D =w= I just like to be spoiled <3

As for now, my favorite is still onii-chan from LoveRevo!! I love how he dedicated everything for the heroine <3 I still listen to the character song, even now <3
My favorite scene is the epilogue because they're just so cute and happy and >w< God please let me have a boyfriend like thattt ;3;
