14 i mean as you watch w.e you have. do homework. go to work. eat with the family. you can let it silently download and control how fast/slow you want it so your internet doesnt crap out of you.
and it's like a random present when you see a message pop up saying
"So and so is done downloading" and your like.. Oiiiiiiiiiiiiii! .___. yep.

12 indeed. but what also controls the factor is if the file is even available or not. you have seeds and you have leechers.
Person who made the file is the first Seeder. Everyone becomes a leecher. Once your done with the download. You become a seed. How fast a file download is really up to the seeder's connection/allowed connection/allowed uploaded. But in the process of you downloading it. People can also download off of you. How? File is divided into many little pieces and you may have a piece of the file that someone needs and viseversa. should look it up more o.o

Edit: But some people instantly delete the torrent connection and just keep the files to themselves and that's how seeders are lost. Hence why when say girlcelly upload something. theres always a message like Please Seed!
