Well~ you can tell it's maxed when you're able to get the last O-Power from Mr.Bonding. I think it's possible to determine your fame by going to the guy who sells you Charizard/Blastoise/Venusaur mega stones. If they're at 50k each, your fame should be enough to get the last O-power. Not sure if you can actually get the mega stones for 1k each according to the guide book since it hasn't gotten any lower for me after talking to everyone already.

Don't you need to have all other o-powers AND maxed style in order to get the hatching power? I'm pretty sure you needed those 2 things. <_< Also i got the mega stones for 10k each and i was able to find the guy that gives you the hatching power.

Mmh. I got 4 female Eevees out of a box of 60. Good times. Although I was able to get an Eevee with 5 IVs in it's respective stats that needed it, it turned out to be a male. 87.5% sounds close...

87.5% makes sense at least since you should have about 8/60 Eevees to be female. I should have at least 10 female Spritzees instead of 3

I check it normally with another pokemon for every stat so I need 6 tabs to check a single pokemon's IVs

Use the damage calculator from Pokemon Showdown and the base stats shown from Serebii or Bulbapedia. http://pokemonshowdown.com/damagecalc/

You're able to enter custom base stats and alter EVs/IVs and it'll give you an accurate read, just so long as the Pokemon isn't low levelled or just hatched from an egg since there'd be no difference from having it get checked by the guy who can read IVs in Kiloude City.

Hmm? I use a Psyducks base Attack stat to calculate my Spritzees Attack IVs because they got the same base Attack stat. But I can't use Psyduck on Spritzees other stats since it isn't the same base ammount of those stats.

I just use the guy in Kiloude city to check for IVs. Before Gen 6 I used Pokecheck (which i'll start using again if they can make it work).

He doesn't tell you abot only 2. O.o He tells you about your Pokemon overall and then all your 31 IVs (He'll mention the stats and say "They can't be beat!") and the crappy IVs.

If he says anything other than "They can't be beat." then it's not 31, but a good number (dunno the exact number).

If he says that the Pokemon has "Outstanding potential", it usually means it has a total of 15X IVs or higher. So you'll get at least 4 maxed IVs.
