It's because regardless of how fast your Venusaur would be with Chlorophyll, Talonflame will still poop on your Venusaur with it's hidden ability. Priority on Brave Bird or Acrobatics with the possiblity to OHKO as well puts it on the OU list. You really need Stealth Rock to counter Talonflame easily, though Aerodactyl works just as well.
Jolteon has always been good mainly due to it's speed and can easily defeat 3 of your team's Pokemon. If you're using a Mega Stone for Aerodactyl, what hold item are you using for Charizard as it isn't all that strong outside of it using it's stone and doesn't have much type coverage?
I'd recommend replacing one of your team members for a Dragon or Fairy type Pokemon as that will definitely raise what type your team can cover. I'm thinking of replacing Venusaur, but if it has sludge bomb or wave, it's your only answer to fairy type Pokemon as well. So...hard to choose. Another type worth considering to add to your arsenal is a ghost type.
