You can access the friend safari post game, so after you have cleared the Pokemon League at least once.

You will also need to have a lot of people added on your friends list who also play Pokemon as well as it increases the amount of fields you can have as giving you more options on types to choose from.

Do you have a Lunatone by any chance? I'm not really after much except for those that I can't find.
