I've just downloaded some tweaks and stuff, I can point you in the right direction if your interested. And yeah its Windows 7.
Some of it can be a bit complicated if your not at least a bit techy.

Basically the simplest way for you to find information and the tools you'll need is to use this site:

If you wanna try a little something, and simple then try this: http://tweaks.com/software/tweakslogon/
Its a simple little tweaker that enables you to very easily(anyone can do it) change the logon background.
But word of advice, if you Do start using more comprehensive stuff later on, that enables you to use themes, then dont use the logon tweaker in tandem with advanced themes that also modify the logon background, cause I did that, and now it stuck, meaning it won't change anymore it seems eh.

Some of the people who make some advanced themes and tweaks have taken the time to make "complete" packages (exe's) that does all the necessary tweaking for you. Which again anyone can do, all it requires is a double click. I Might have some of that lying around in some unsorted "mess" folder. Maybe I could get it too you, or anyone else around here.

Hmm, spyware , virus ? does the fan make a lot of noise ? And within a month you say....you should have some guarantees for that. I would have complained if that happened to me.

Spyware and viruses die when i restore to factory default dont they? Cuz i pretty much do that every week =.=
I guess i shouldve complained... But been a year since i bought so idk...

Yeah you should have done that right away, but who know, maybe you should give them a call just in case ?

Oki sounds like hardware problems then, you get bluescreens ?

Nope... its just that windows seems to have a weekly habit of not starting and then the repair finds some problem it cant fix :/ I guess i should...

Hmm well I still suspect a HW problem. Give them a call. I don't know how techy you are but, have you heard of stuff like memtest86 ? for instance.

Hard to say for me, with nothing to go on. Any clues, when windows finds the problem, does it give you some kind of error code ?

Or the other way around, maybe the tech guys would find some chopsticks in the cd rom drive.

If you have a PC, you can press the PrtSc or Print Screen button, then go to an image editor like Microsoft Paint or Photoshop. Press Ctrl+V or Control+V and it will be pasted in the image editor.
