Problem installing and launching games

Hello,

I have recently downloaded Taimanin Asagi 1, Taimanin Asagi 2, and Cara: The blood Lord.
The problem is that in all of these games I have an error during installation or when I want to launch them.
I have changed windows language to JP, but still dont know what is wrong
I am attaching pics with the problems:
first during installation of Taimanin Asagi 2.
Second when I try to launch Taimanin Asagi 1
Third when I try to launch Cara: The blood lord

No one able to help? I have tried on windows 7 not windows 8 right now but no changes still cannot install or play

Error 2 and 3 pop up when your system is not set to full japanese locale, error 1 i have no idea but might be related.

You might try launching them with applocale under japanese settings, if the game launch then you know you are missing settings in your region settings.

First error message states that the required source file LPK-30007.exe could not be found. Check that a) you have all the required files for installation/your download is complete and b) the program has sufficient privileges to access its game files. You can try running the program as an Administrator or moving the installation files onto someplace such as your Desktop.

Taimanin Asagi appears to be an old game, so you could also try running it in compatibility mode for Windows XP, or even run the game within a virtual machine with Windows XP loaded.

Extending on what larnkarn has said, check that your system locale is set to Japanese. I see that your Windows Explorer is already in Japanese but just ensure that system locale is set to Japanese.
