Answered Progressbar Name not hidden propely with tooltip shown inside "resized" signature

I will just inform you that there is some minor unusual behaviour with Progressbar Name not hidden propely inside "resized" signature which will also force to show tooltip. It's not really big issue but if somebody has 5 progressbars with tooltips, is actually hard to read next post.

Tested on Win 7 and XP (Firefox or Chrome).

Please don't use tooltip with progress bar. It is not meant to be used that way.

Edit: I see that it's gone from 8 or 9 progress bars in a row, to one. Someone changed something.
